Field Sales Executive – Scotland
Our client is an award-winning global outsourced marketing company that generated more than £15 billion in group revenue in 2025.
They are seeking a Field Sales Executive to manage an established portfolio of independent pharmacies across Scotland. The majority of accounts are in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Kilmarnock, and Motherwell.
Your primary focus will be to build and strengthen customer relationships, identify opportunities to introduce new products, and increase the distribution of leading brands including Piriton, Night Nurse, Sensodyne, and Panadol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate driven by progression; this client has a first-class commitment to individual development, offering career prospects through to National Account Manager and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Managing a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts across the Scotland territory, actively increasing distribution of brands as well as upselling products, providing merchandising support and completing product training with staff members
- Create & execute an efficient journey plan, maximizing KPI efforts
- Complete all administrative tasks & CRM management as required, recording all field-based activity and client touch points
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external teams
- Identify areas of potential new business within territory

The Successful Candidate
- 1+ years’ experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- Previous merchandising experience is ideal
- Experience working with retailers is a plus
- Field Sales / Territory Management / Area Sales experience is a big plus
- A link to pharmacy is a plus
- Must be based in Scotland
Field Sales Executive Package
- Basic salary circa £34,000 + additional incentives
- 10% Bonus
