Job: Field Sales Representative (Employee Engagement Executive)
About the Role

We’re seeking driven individuals who care about compliance and quality. On completing probation, meeting performance and compliance targets unlocks a minimum on-target earnings (OTE) of £42,000, with uncapped commission for extra earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: £28,800–£42,000, with a strong commission structure (novated)
- Starting base: £28,800
- Post-probation (6 months): Base salary rises to £31,900 (with expected OTE >£42,000)
- Potential career path: Base salary could grow to £42,000+ plus commission within 9–12 months
- Many Managers promoted from this Executive role

What You’ll Do
- Targeted workplace visits to industries like care homes, bus depots, warehouses
- Direct employee engagement: Speak to staff, present employee benefits that improve health, financial security, and well-being (no cold calling)
- Meet pre-booked customers—focus on consultative selling with best-in-class support
Who You Are
✅ UK driving licence in good standing (0–6 points, no licence bans in the last 4 years) ✅ Energetic, approachable with a natural ability to connect with colleagues and teams
Start Dates & Application Process
- Training begin: 24th August
- Assessment centres: Week commencing 3rd August (virtual available if needed)
