Field Sales Executive – Full Fibre Broadband
£26,227.50 base salary (£40,000 OTE) + loyalty bonuses + uncapped commission 🚗 Commercial Vehicle Provided Full UK Driving License Required

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday (12pm–8pm) and weekends

Our journey is just beginning. We’re scaling fast and aim to lead the charge in full fibre coverage, securing investment and partnerships as we push forward. We have two vibrant offices:
- Central Edinburgh (with stunning 360° city views)
- Berwick Upon Tweed (a coastal town close to transport links)

The Opportunity – Sales Role
Are you ready to join our sales function? We’re looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives who are passionate about technology, sales, and making a real difference. If you excel in customer engagement and understand what it takes to hit targets, this role could be your next step!
The Team
We’re on the ground, connecting rural communities with full fibre broadband. Candidates with prior experience in:
- Retail
- Events
- Promotions
- Hospitality
- Or any customer-facing sales role
will fit perfectly. You’ll spend your time: ✔ Building relationships ✔ Solving customer problems ✔ Exploring earnings potential through uncapped commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Sales calls, roadshows, and door-to-door outreach in local communities.
- Communicating the benefits of GoFibre’s full fibre broadband solutions.
- Brand Representation:
- Acting as the face of GoFibre, engaging authentically with potential customers.
- ** Sales Expertise**:
- Assessing customer needs and recommending tailored packages.
- Managing a diverse territory and pipeline.
- Delivering results by hitting established sales targets.

Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
✅ Proven experience in a customer-facing role (retail, events, hospitality telecoms, etc.). ✅ Strong ability to start conversations with new people and build rapport. ✅ Resilience and self-motivation, with a performance-driven mindset. ✅ Valid Full UK Driving License (company vehicle provided).
⚠️ Age Requirement: Due to company insurance policies, candidates must be over 21.
