Ready to accelerate your FMCG sales career with one of the UK's fastest-growing drinks businesses?
If you're an ambitious sales professional looking to build your career within the fast-paced world of FMCG, this is an opportunity to join a business that's experiencing exceptional growth and has no plans on slowing down.
We're recruiting a Field Sales Executive to join an innovative drinks company as it enters its next phase of expansion. With turnover forecast to double over the next 12 months, you'll be joining at a pivotal time, giving you the chance to make a genuine impact while developing your career within a high-growth FMCG environment.
Already well established across the North West, the business has built a strong reputation and a loyal customer base by supplying premium drinks products to the on-trade. Now, they're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused salesperson to strengthen existing partnerships while identifying and securing new opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and other licensed venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being out in the field, enjoys meeting customers, and thrives on the challenge of winning new business. You'll be responsible for managing your own territory, growing market share, increasing product distribution, and driving sales through a consultative approach that delivers real value to your customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
