We're partnering with a globally recognised premium outdoor brand to recruit a Field Sales Executive to manage an established territory across the South of England.
This is an opportunity to represent products trusted by outdoor enthusiasts, skiers and adventurers around the world while building lasting relationships with specialist outdoor retailers. If you love being out on the road, enjoy working with premium brands and thrive on building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of an established territory of approximately 30-40 retail customers, helping to strengthen existing partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow the business through new accounts and increased product distribution. You'll spend the majority of your week visiting independent outdoor retailers, presenting new product collections, supporting seasonal launches, delivering product training and helping customers maximise sales. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll plan your own diary, manage customer visits and become a trusted partner to retailers throughout your territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
