Field Sales Representative (Employee Engagement Executive)
Strong commission structure: uncapped!
📍 **Location:** UK-wide (travel involved)
🚗 **Perks:** Company car and fuel card provided
⏰ **Contract:** Permanent, 40 hours per week
**Requirements:**
✔ Must hold a valid **UK driver’s licence** (0-6 points, no bans in the last 4 years)
✔ Scheduled start: **24th August 2024** (training academy)

## **What You’ll Do**
✅ **Face-to-face engagement** with frontline staff to **offer improved benefits** (health insurance, financial protection, etc.)
✅ ** Sell with purpose**: Position products as **life changers**, not just transactions
✅ **Meet quarterly targets** with a process that works—training + support lavished on you
✅ Travel the UK, managing logistical ease via **company car, fuel card, and full expense coverage**

Earnings Potential
💸 Base salary starts at £28,800** → Achieve probation success → instant base salary bump to £31,900** (after 6 months) → Maximum base earnings: £42,000 within 9–12 months plus uncapped commission 📊 Target earnings (OTE) exceeding £42,000 within your first year
