Field Sales Executive – Entry Level / Graduate Opportunity

No experience in sales? No worries. We’ll train you from day one.

Up to £29,760 OTE | Company Van | Mon - Fri | Full Time

Territory: Newport, Cardiff, Barry, Bargoed, Pontypool and surrounds

Did uni or college not feel like the right path for you?

  • Maybe you started… but it didn’t click.
  • Maybe you finished… but still feel unsure what’s next.
  • Or maybe you’re just ready to start earning, learning and building a real career without sitting in a classroom.

If that sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated people-person to join our team as a Field Sales Executive, representing Molson Coors & Haribo, through Powerforce - a multi-award-winning field marketing agency.

Your Mission: Driving FMCG Sales

This is a hands-on, out-in-the-world role (not a desk job). You’ll manage your own local territory, visiting convenience and independent retailers to grow sales and build strong relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building relationships with store owners and teams
  • Promoting well-known brands like Molson Coors & Haribo
  • Improving visibility through displays, POS and product placement
  • Supporting stock levels & availability to maximise sales
  • Working with a supportive team, sharing best practice and ideas

Who This Role Is For

This position is ideal if you are...

  • Looking for a fresh start after stepping away from education
  • A recent graduate who wants real-world experience
  • A career changer who wants to break into sales, FMCG or field marketing
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and being out and about

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
