Field Sales Executive – Convenience
Field-Based - Humberside
£28,000 + £1,500 Quarterly Bonus + Fully Expensed Vehicle
We’re partnering with a fast-growing FMCG brand as it continues to expand across the UK. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your patch and drive performance across independent convenience retail.
This isn’t a passive account management role. It’s about execution, visibility, and making a tangible difference in-store every day.
The Role
You’ll manage your territory like your own business — identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering against clear commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Increasing product availability and in-store presence
- Expanding product range within accounts
- Delivering standout in-store execution (POS, secondary displays)
- Activating promotions to drive rate of sale
- Building and maintaining strong retailer relationships
- Feeding back real-time market insights
- Managing activity and reporting in line with company expectations
This is a fast-paced, high-activity role where resilience, ownership, and consistency are critical to success.
