Field Sales Executive – Convenience Retail (12 Week Fixed Term Contract)

Immediate Start Field Sales | FMCG Up to £37,200 per annum OTE

About the Role

Do you know how to turn a store visit into a sales opportunity? Are you an experienced field sales professional comfortable selling into convenience, wholesale or independent retail?

This fast-paced, high-impact, 12-week campaign supports a high-profile Coca-Cola Europacific Partners initiative, driving sales across the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) alcohol portfolio. You will independently manage a defined territory, securing new orders, increasing distribution, and building credibility with retailers while delivering immediate commercial results after accelerated training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Territory Coverage: Load your company van from designated cash & carry locations each morning
  • In-Store Sales: Promote and sell RTD products directly to convenience and independent retailers
  • Distribution Strategy: Drive product availability and sales growth in your assigned territory
  • Client Relationships: Build partnerships with store owners and decision-makers
  • Credit & Cash Handling: Manage credit accounts and process transactions accurately
  • Target Achievement: Hit daily performance targets and ensure strong in-store compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
