Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through face-to-face engagement. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting suitable products and services, and closing sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets while representing the company professionally in the field. The area we are looking to cover with this role is South East and London, the ideal candidate for this role will be situated within this area.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers to present products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Manage a designated sales territory and maintain regular contact with key accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers
- Meet company and individual sales targets and KPI’s
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong field sales, business development, and account management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship management skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical systems, surge protection, or related technical products.
- Candidates should possess planning, time management, and organisational skills to manage a territory, schedule site visits, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools, including office productivity software, CRM platforms, and remote communication tools for hybrid working.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales within electrical, industrial, or engineering sectors is highly beneficial.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, self-directed work approach, resilience in a competitive sales environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
