Job Opportunity: Target-Driven Field Sales Executive
About the Role Would you like to join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 individuals? We have an exciting role for a Field Sales Executive to support our Field Sales team in Scotland.

This field-based role requires customer visits and may require overnight stays.
Main Duties
The Field Sales Executive will drive business objectives through:
- Achieving KPIs across wholesale and independent retailers
- Building relationships with high-profile customers by understanding their needs and promoting products effectively
- Adhering to regulations and ensuring brand advocacy within the market
- Delivering sales, distribution, and market position targets
- Identifying opportunities through market and shopper insights

✔ Experience in FMCG face-to-face sales ✔ Ability to build strong retail relationships and sell products effectively ✔ Peformed well under target-driven conditions ✔ Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proven ability to:

- A valid full driving licence
- Motivation to rapidly establish trust with new customers
- Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment
