About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll take centre stage in our business, representing our brands directly in the field—making an impact every day. You’ll work closely alongside Regional Field Sales Executives, offering support while balancing a variety of tasks that ensures no two days feel the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against critical business objectives across key accounts, including wholesale and independent retailers.
- Develop deep customer insights: Understand retailer needs and shopper behaviour to drive tailored solutions.
- Build meaningful partnerships—whether establishing relationships with wholesale accounts or supporting independent retailers through targeted initiatives.
- Position our brands as trusted choices by educating retailers on market trends, industry legislation, and product advantages.
- Exceed sales, market share, distribution, and availability targets within your allocated territory.
- Create commercial opportunities through enhanced category knowledge and in-store analysis.
- Optimise trade incentives to maximise commercial benefit for all partners.

Key Skills & Qualifications
✔ Proven face-to-face sales experience within the FMCG sector is essential. ✔ Strong ability to build rapid rapport with retailers—turning relationships into repeat business. ✔ A record of meeting or exceeding self-imposed targets with clarity of focus. ✔ Excel at communication—persuasive, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse audiences. ✔ Collaborative spirit: Ability to integrate seamlessly with a team and remind your colleagues of wider goals. ✔ High initiative, self-motivation, and agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Location & Travel
This is a field-based role, requiring travel to customer sites. Fife is the preferred location; however, accessible spots within the Central Belt (e.g., Perth, Clydesdale, Lothians, Forth Valley) will be considered. Overnight stays may be necessary on occasion.
