About the Role
You’ll be joining a team supporting an exciting alcohol product launch, working closely with UK brands. Ideal for those who are energetic, commercially minded, and passionate about field sales—this role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Collect stock from Cash & Carry locations
- Sell stock into independent convenience retailers
- Build strong, long-lasting retailer relationships
- Drive brand awareness and deliver high-quality store activations
- Execute store visits to company standards and meet daily targets
- Report activity via mobile device
- Represent partner brands confidently and professionally in all interactions

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key requirements include:
Essential Experience & Skills
- Field sales experience (previously essential)
- Experience working with wholesalers or convenience retailers (preferably in beers, wines, and spirits)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, proactive approach to selling
- Ability to use a mobile device for reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage daily travel
