Field Sales Executive - Flexforce - North London

Field Sales Executive – Convenience (Alcohol) Fixed-Term Contract From: Monday 3rd August to Friday 18th September 2026 Salary: £27,000 + KPI-based bonus + Fuel expenses Location: North London Contract Type: Fixed-Term, Field-Based


About the Role Reach (part of the Acosta Group Europe, a leading retail support and marketing agency) is hiring Field Sales Executives to support an exciting alcohol product launch and national activity within independent convenience retailers.

Secure Field Sales Executive position in North London – flexible contract, competitive pay:

  • Fixed-term opportunity (7 weeks)
  • Support major UK brands within the convenience sector
  • Target-driven role with autonomous territory management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect stock from Cash & Carry locations
  • Sell stock into independent convenience retailers
  • Build strong, long-lasting retailer relationships
  • Drive brand awareness through effective store activations (alcohol-focused)
  • Execute uniform store visits, achieving daily targets
  • Report activities via a mobile device
  • Represent partner brands professionally and confidently (alcohol sales experience required)

Requirements Must meet these criteria:

  • Essential:
    • Field sales experience (preferably within alcohol, beverages, or wholesale sectors)
    • Knowledge of consumer convenience retailers or wholesale networks
    • Enthusiasm for direct customer engagement (phone/focused selling skills)
  • Preferred:
    • Background in wholesale-alcohol distribution or shops (beers, wine, spirits)
    • Ability to travel daily, self-manage time, and work with digital reporting tools
