Charity Fundraiser / Door-to-Door Sales Executive - Dogs Trust Campaign
Salary: £26,400 basic + uncapped bonus | Realistic OTE: £45,000-£55,000+ Training: Full training provided

About the Role
Position: Charity Fundraiser / Door-to-Door Sales Executive
This rewarding position offers an opportunity to become the local champion for Dogs Trust, the UK’s most recognised and beloved animal welfare charity. As a Charity Link representative, your people skills, resilience, and passion for making a difference will drive results—whether securing regular monthly donor commitments or generating lottery sign-ups.

What You’ll Do
As the face of Dogs Trust, your role will involve:
- Direct engagement with members of the public through door-to-door campaigns, face-to-face fundraising and customer-facing sales.
- Inspiring monthly direct debit support and lottery sign-ups from new donors.
- Share success stories of rescued and rehabilitated dogs to generate emotional investment and commitment.
- Build long-term donor relationships, maintaining regular communication and fostering trust in the charity’s mission.
- Meet demanding sales targets while complimenting Dogs Trust’s fundraising, brand awareness, and donor retention goals.
- Collaborate with existing Charity Link associates and local teams through sharing knowledge, best practices, and high-energy motivation.
This is not transactional sales—it’s opportunity to impact real change. Your immediate ability to communicate effectively, handle objections, and connect empathetically will be fundamental.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking ambitious, passionate professors of people engagement with profiles like:
Experience you’ll thrive in:
- Door-to-door sales
- Field sales and direct sales
- Canvassing / fundraising
- Sales in telecoms, utilities, or face-to-face marketing
- Prior charitable fundraising (optional, but advantageous)
