The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through face-to-face engagement. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting suitable products and services, and closing sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets while representing the company professionally in the field.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers to present products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Manage a designated sales territory and maintain regular contact with key accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers
- Meet company and individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
