Field Sales Executive – Healthy Drinks Brand - South West UK / Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic, £6,000 bonus, company car & benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for three energetic and commercially driven Field Sales Executive to help grow distribution for an exciting and fast-growing healthy drinks brand across the UK.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with grocery, wholesale, cash & carry independent retailers, cafés, gyms, health stores and convenience outlets, increasing product listings and driving brand visibility within your territory.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new customers and building a strong presence for a brand that sits in one of the fastest-growing categories in FMCG.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new retail accounts across your territory
- Build strong relationships with independent stores and local chains
- Secure new product listings and expand shelf presence
- Execute in-store promotions, sampling and merchandising activity
- Maintain regular visits with existing accounts to drive repeat orders
- Track performance and report on sales activity
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism
About You
- Previous experience in field sales, territory sales, or FMCG sales preferred
- Confident approaching new businesses and opening accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
- Passion for health, wellness, and better-for-you products
- Full UK driving licence required
