What You’ll Be Doing

This role is a fantastic opportunity to become the face of Deliveroo in the Yorkshire and North East region, building deep relationships with new restaurant partners and uncovering hidden culinary gems.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Drive new business acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-quality restaurants across your region, acting as a local expert who knows exactly what restaurants customers crave.
- Pitch Deliveroo technology: Connect with restaurant owners via physical site visits, phone, and digital channels to demonstrate the commercial value of our platform.
- Streamline partner onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a fast, efficient, and seamless transition onto the platform.
- Set partners up for success: Monitor and support restaurant performance within their first eight weeks of joining to ensure long-term operational success and volume growth.
- Engage with the food community: Attend local restaurant meet-ups, sample food from prospective partners, and represent the Deliveroo brand across the regional food scene.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
