Field Sales Executive - Leeds & Harrogate

Field Sales Executive, Leeds & Harrogate

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive, Leeds & Harrogate to join our Yorkshire team. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the region (including areas like Sheffield and Lincoln), so a valid driving licence and your own car are essential. In this role, you’ll help us sign up the best restaurants in the region, bringing top-tier culinary choices to our customers and driving local marketplace growth.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Regional UK and Ireland team. We are experts in the local markets we serve across all four nations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to become the face of Deliveroo in the Yorkshire and North East region, building deep relationships with new restaurant partners and uncovering hidden culinary gems.

Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like

  • Drive new business acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-quality restaurants across your region, acting as a local expert who knows exactly what restaurants customers crave.
  • Pitch Deliveroo technology: Connect with restaurant owners via physical site visits, phone, and digital channels to demonstrate the commercial value of our platform.
  • Streamline partner onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a fast, efficient, and seamless transition onto the platform.
  • Set partners up for success: Monitor and support restaurant performance within their first eight weeks of joining to ensure long-term operational success and volume growth.
  • Engage with the food community: Attend local restaurant meet-ups, sample food from prospective partners, and represent the Deliveroo brand across the regional food scene.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
