Role Overview: Business Development Executive
Location: London office (5 days per week, dog-friendly) Reporting to: Team Lead, Business Development Industry: Global beauty, wellness, and self-care Focus: Exclusive B2B business development and partner acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus Areas
- Sales Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
- Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively engage key decision-makers via:
- Phone outreach
- Email campaigns
- Social media engagement
- (Occasional) in-person meetings
- Solution Selling: Conduct live product demos for current and prospective partners
- Partner Collaboration: Align Fresha’s API, booking, marketing, and POS solutions with clients’ business needs via tailored proposals
Critical Sales Process Activities
📌 Qualification & Pipeline Management:
- Own 100% of inbound leads (handled promptly)
- Track and document all call interactions in the CRM
📌 Partner Onboarding & Retention:
- Primary point of contact for all commercial activities
- Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration
📌 Market Insights:
- Monitor and provide updated feedback on industry trends
- Identify emerging needs for domain expertise
📽 Vendor & Tech Partnerships:
- Proactively develop partnerships with payment providers, scheduling tools, and online booking integrations
Success Factors: What You Bring to the Role
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
🔹 1+ years in B2B sales with verifiable success records 🔹 Preferable experience with SaaS solutions, marketplaces, or payment platforms 🔹 Proven track record as a hunter rather than a farmer—Relationship builder first, saleperson second. 🔹 Top performer with a fiery drive to meet targets
