Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Aylesbury - Thame - Bicester - High Wycombe areas coverage
Salary: £40,000 per annum plus benefits DOE
Duration: Permanent / Full-time
Sector: Sales / Construction

- Promote services and benefits to customers, maximising sales through face-to-face visits and cold calling
- Manage an existing customer portfolio and target new business in line with depot targets
- Work with the Depot Manager to retain and manage customers and sites within an agreed sales area
- Achieve revenue growth against depot budget and reactivate dormant accounts
- Complete weekly planners, call reports, and maintain account management records, site sheets, and quotes
- Carry out site surveys to help customers select appropriate machinery
- Build strong customer relationships, exceed expectations, and resolve issues promptly
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:
- Proven sales track record within the rental sector
- Strong customer focus with excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face and telephone interaction
- Computer literate
- Proactive, confident, and personable with strong negotiation skills
- Full Category B driving licence (essential)
