Key Focus Areas

  • Front-line brand advocacy: Act as key ambassadors for our brand in direct engagements with general trade, including symbol groups, independent retailers, multi-site operators, and vape stores.
  • Education and success strategies: Educate and support retailers in selling our products through targeted in-store training and sales execution.
  • Collaborative growth: Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with retailers to maximise their profitability and our market presence.
  • Results-driven solutions: Develop effective sales strategies while receiving guidance from management, offering growth opportunities for both retailers and you as part of our Field Force team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and engagement: Collaborate with retailers across symbol groups, independent outlets, multi-site operators, and vape stores to inform and educate them on our products.
  • Train and support teams: Conduct in-store training, execute promotions, and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Build and grow relationships: Establish strong partnerships with trade contacts to enhance mutual success.
  • Develop innovative strategies: Proactively create sales solutions to reinforce our presence in local markets.
  • Operational excellence: Perform role-specific duties effectively, such as adhere to territory schedules, manage inventory and product movements, and maintain compliance with policies.
