Field Sales Executive (Mobile Phone) – BT Local Business
Location: Hybrid – Hagley, Birmingham B16 8LT
Work Type: Full-time | Hybrid (Office, Field & Remote)
Salary: £30,000 rising to £35,000 after probation and OTE of £70K with uncapped commission and car allowance.
About the Role
Due to continued growth, BT Local Business Birmingham is looking for an ambitious Field Sales Executive (Mobile Phone) to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years field/Account management experience who is looking to progress. You'll represent a globally recognised brand while delivering a personalised service to local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses to conduct meetings and close sales opportunities.
- Prospect new customers through outbound calling if required.
- Work in conjunction with desk sales to obtain qualified appointments.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss BT products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation.
- Conduct face-to-face and Microsoft Teams meetings with new prospects.
- Work closely with the desk sales team to maximise deal conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Essential Requirements
- 1–2 years' sales experience (minimum).
- 2 years' B2B sales experience (required).
- 1 year of outbound sales experience (required).
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
