Salary: £30,000–£33,000 pa (OTE including £3,000 commission, paid quarterly + £750 max per quarter) Location: Field-based (territory covering Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley) Contract: Permanent Full Time

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Field Sales Executive to represent Sazerac across major multiple retailers. Your mission:

  • Champion brand visibility in stores to drive incremental sales.
  • Maximise in-store execution—creating standout displays and interventions.
  • Build strong relationships with retail teams to secure prime placement.
  • Monitor competitor trends and share insights for strategic action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily store visits: Execute a structured route plan aligned with performance KPIs.

  • On-shelf excellence: Design and implement high-impact in-store displays/promotions.

  • Emailing in-store teams: Secure additional space/materials for programs.

  • Data integrity: Accurately capture metrics and reports via 360 tools.

  • Trend analysis: Track competitor activity and share actionable feedback.

  • Proactive execution: Use alerts for promotions/product launches to mobilise key actions.


Essential & Desirable Criteria

Requirements

✔ Full Manual UK driving licence (essential). ✔ Must be self-motivated, target-driven and resilient in fast-paced retail environments. ✔ Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong communication. ✔ Comfortable building relationships with multiple store teams. ✔ IT literate with experience using handheld devices for data collection.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or sales.
