This global FMCG business was founded in Sweden in 2008 and has since established a successful portfolio of brands in functional food and drinks all over the world, with year-on-year growth in the UK. Their business is all about Health and Wellness and is characterized by passion and an action-orientated working environment. Their brands are having great success which is giving rise to big company growth!

Opportunity
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive in a home-based role. You’ll join a small but rapidly growing team and focus on supporting customers based in Bristol and surrounding areas. We want a tenacious individual to help continue to grow their brands across retail, wholesale & convenience channels. Their products are already a household name in many fitness establishments, and they are looking to expand across all channels!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting, developing, and activating your area of customers across all channels (Wholesale, Convenience, Retail).
- Selling the existing range, new launches, and campaigns to customers in the retail, convenience & hospitality sector.
- Creating efficient and effective plans with commercial and brand guidance.
- Building & developing relationships with existing decision makers across key routes to market and wholesale partners to ensure customers and consumer needs are met.
- Maximizing brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities.
- Ensuring promotional activity is implemented and identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility & availability.

What You’ll Need
- Some experience in a commercial setting or an obvious aptitude to learn.
- Be able to work effectively under one's own initiative.
- Passionate about finding new creative sales solutions together with your customers, and you believe in establishing long-term relationships.
- Ability to highlight and follow through with challenges and opportunities alike.
- Thrive on a high pace and quick decisions. You are socially skilled and humble towards both customers and colleagues.
- Thorough, structured, and with a high work ethic.
