About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive within the FMCG sector in Oxford.

With a history of year-on-year growth, their focus has shifted to maximising relations with existing accounts. This key position is crucial in maintaining and furthering established client partnerships through product sales, educational support on expanding product ranges, visual merchandising assistance, and driving overall revenue growth.

This is a field-based role, requiring candidates based in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Field-based account management and opportunities for additional sales growth
- Attainment of KPIs, including site visits, product availability, and distribution
- Building and maintaining relationships with retail account leaders
- Ensuring product knowledge, placement importance, and account performance maximisation
- Being proactive in predicting and addressing objections
- Collecting pricing and distribution insights, reporting to internal teams
- Identifying additional commercial opportunities

The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months’ experience in a field sales role
- Preferable experience within the FMCG sector
- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential
- Based in Oxfordshire
Field Sales Executive Package
- Base Salary: £35,500
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): circa £45,500 – £47,500
- Home setup (phone and laptop included)
