Field Sales Manager

Field Sales Manager

Location: Stirling Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Package: Available on request

Are you an experienced Field Sales Manager or an accomplished Senior Sales Advisor ready to take the next step in your new homes sales career?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected family-run housebuilder where your experience, ideas, and leadership will genuinely make a difference.

Pettigrew Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established housebuilder seeking an ambitious and people-focused Field Sales Manager to lead and support sales teams across a number of new build developments in Central Scotland.

This is far more than a numbers-driven management role. You'll be trusted to develop people, improve performance, enhance the customer journey, and play a key part in shaping the future of the sales function. You'll enjoy genuine visibility within the business, work closely with the Head of Sales, and have the opportunity to influence how the sales team continues to evolve.

If you enjoy coaching others, building high-performing teams, and helping customers find their perfect new home, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Field Sales Manager, you'll provide leadership, guidance, and support across multiple developments, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with senior management and colleagues across construction, technical, marketing, and customer care, you'll:

  • Ensure each development is performing to its full potential.
  • Create a positive, professional, and supportive culture for your sales teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
