Referment is partnering with one of the world's leading B2B technology companies to appoint an exceptional Field Sales Manager in London.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team selling a market-leading SaaS platform that's transforming how restaurants operate, serve customers and grow their businesses.

We're looking for a leader who doesn't believe coaching happens from behind a desk.

Someone who thrives in the field, develops people through real-world coaching, and builds teams that consistently outperform.

If you're passionate about leadership, love new business sales and enjoy helping people become the very best version of themselves, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a team of ambitious Field Account Executives responsible for winning new business across London.

This is a genuinely hands-on management role, with four days each week spent alongside your team in the field, coaching prospecting, customer meetings, live demonstrations and deal progression.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
