We are proud to be partnered with one of the UK's most progressive and recognisable breweries on an exciting opportunity to appoint a Field Sales Manager to lead the South of England.

- Lead, inspire and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, creating a culture of accountability, coaching and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for delivering ambitious sales targets across your region, building effective sales strategies and ensuring your team consistently grows distribution, visibility and rate of sale across Independent Free Trade and Leased & Tenanted customers.

You'll spend your time coaching in trade, analysing performance, identifying opportunities, developing action plans and ensuring every member of your team has the tools, support and direction to succeed.

Working collaboratively with Route to Market partners, wholesalers and key internal stakeholders, you'll ensure commercial plans are executed brilliantly and every opportunity for growth is maximised.

This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Field Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or On-Trade commercial leader with a proven track record of leading remote field sales teams within the drinks or wider FMCG industry.

You'll have experience coaching high-performing teams, developing sales strategies, working closely with wholesalers and route-to-market partners, and delivering sustainable commercial growth.

Commercially astute, highly organised and naturally influential, you'll know how to motivate people, hold them accountable and create an environment where performance thrives.
