Field Sales Manager
Industrial Components | Midlands | £45k–£50k + Car + Uncapped Commission
This isn't an account management role. It's a hunter position. A well-established UK manufacturer supplying precision-engineered components into automotive, aerospace, and construction is looking for a driven field sales professional to own and grow their Midlands territory.
The package:
- £45,000–£50,000 basic
- Company car (not just an allowance)
- Uncapped commission

The role:
- You'll be winning new business. That's the job. Building a pipeline, getting in front of prospects, converting conversations into long-term accounts — and managing your own diary to do it.
- Two days a week from their Midlands base, the rest on the road.
- You'll report directly to the MD. No layers, no politics. Your results will be seen.
What they're looking for:
- Proven field sales track record — you can evidence new business wins
- Background in engineering, technical, industrial, or automotive sales
- Self-sufficient — you manage your time, you own your numbers
- Comfortable talking technical at any level, from buyers to board
