Field Sales Representative
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring product visibility and availability at the point of sale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops on a regular basis, ensuring that the brand image and product display meet company standards.
- Plan and execute promotional activities within retail partners to increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with retail partners, and collect their feedback to optimize products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and respond promptly to the needs of retail partners to avoid overstock or out-of-stock.
- Implement price control mechanisms to prevent price confusion and ensure consistency in market pricing.
- Ensure all retail activities comply with local laws and regulations, especially those related to e-cigarettes.
- Regularly prepare sales reports and market analysis reports to report to the retail manager.
- Handle emergencies such as product recalls, customer complaints, etc., and report to the company promptly.

- Experienced working with retail sales; exposure in the vape industry is highly preferred.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required for this role.
- Fluency in English is required.
