Field Sales Representative, Greater London

If you're an experienced Field Sales Representative who enjoys winning new business, building lasting retail relationships and spending your time out with customers rather than behind a desk, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a new Greater London territory.
This is a field-based position focused on identifying and securing new independent retail customers across Greater London in the flooring sector. You'll generate your own opportunities, meet customers face-to-face and manage the entire sales process from first conversation through to signed business.

Your responsibilities as Field Sales Representative
- Identify, target and win new independent retail customers across Greater London.
- Generate appointments through prospecting.
- Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully secure new business.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using the CRM system.
- Deliver territory growth while achieving agreed sales targets.

What we’re looking for in a Field Sales Representative
- Proven success in field-based sales with a strong focus on new business development.
- Experience selling products into independent retail customers.
- Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence.
Experience selling DIY, FMCG, consumer goods, homewares, office products, building products or similar products into retail environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
