Field Sales Representative
Self-Employed Field Sales Representative (Commission Only) – £40,000–£50,000+ Uncapped Earnings

Join SumUp as a Field Sales Representative and help SMEs across your local area access payment and POS solutions—while generating serious, recurring income for yourself.
This fully field-based, face-to-face role pays 100% commission, meaning your earnings reflect your hustle.
💰 Earning Potential: No Cap, No Limits
Your effort? Your income.
- Upfront payloads: £500 avg. per business
- 50% commission on sign-ups
- 25% recurring income per customer (up to 5 years)
- ~75% of revenue in Year 1
- Bonus commissions on hardware sales (card machines, POS systems, etc.)
Real results: 40% of our Field Sales Reps earn £5,000+/month with consistency & a strong customer base.
