About the Role
Join SumUp as a Self-Employed Field Sales Representative, helping small businesses grow through smarter payment and retail solutions—while building your own recurring income.
This role is 100% field-based:
- Meet business owners (cafés, salons, shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.)
- Understand their challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Build long-term relationships
No prior financial experience needed! You only need: ✔ Customer-facing sales or relational experience (retail, hospitality, B2B/B2C) ✔ Motivation to excel – if you enjoy problem-solving and building connections, you’re a great fit.

Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Rep, you’ll:
- Meet local SMEs (small businesses) and start conversations
- Build long-term trust with business owners
- Demonstrate easy-to-use payment & POS solutions
- Manage your own territory & sales pipeline
- Turn initial inquiries into repeat customers
- Become a recognised expert in your community
