Field Sales Advisor – Full Time (Chelmsford)
About the Role
We get it – sales can be tough. And knocking on doors in all weathers? Tougher still. But this role is more than just sales – it’s about creating genuine human connections and introducing people to services that could transform their day-to-day lives.
As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Virgin Media O2 – introducing customers to game-changing broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is a chance to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. Plus, you’ll get your own electric company car to travel in style.
Location & Catchment Area
Work remotely from Chelmsford, but teams are assigned based on home postcode. For this position, you’ll need to live within the designated catchment area to progress.

- Salary: £26,228 basic + uncapped commission (Total Median Pay (OTE): c. £46,228)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts typically 12:00pm–8:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act on the streets in your designated area, knocking on doors to create new opportunities.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and convert conversations into film success.
- Follow up leads, manage your own sales pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.

Training & Hours
- 2 weeks of full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) covering:
- Product knowledge
- Sales systems
- Ongoing mentoring and learning from peers.
