Job Title: Retail Sales Manager – Sheffield
About the Role
The Cosentino team is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive their strategy and client relationships in Sheffield. As the key point for sales and promotion of Cosentino products, you will focus on cultivating current clients while expanding into new markets. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs to meet short- and long-term goals, collaborations with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers, and driving demand through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date product knowledge portfolio to present to clients effectively.
- Sell and promote Cosentino products and services across:
- Remodeling
- Home improvement
- Fabrication
- Builders
- Cabinet makers
- Achieve territorial sales goals assigned by management.
Customer Service & Relationships
- Support sales efforts with accurate materials:
- Brochures, samples, and technical documentation.
- Organise display towers and in-store presentations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and:
- Update clients in the CRM system.
- Provide price quotes on demand.
- Schedule weekly client visits.
- Increase brand visibility by expanding displays and point-of-purchase materials in allocated territories.

Business Intelligence & Growth
- Collaborate with Cosentino teams to develop targeted strategies, including:
- Collaborating with Corporate, Cosentino Centre staff, and other Account Managers.
- Proposing actionable plans to grow awareness.
- Work with the General Manager and Sales Team to refine and execute regional business strategies – covering sectors such as:
- Home centres
- Kitchen & Bathrooms channels
- Fabrication
What We’re Looking For
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales or field merchandising.
- 2+ years demonstrating the ability to engage with multiple project stakeholders across commercial industries.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Familiarity with customer relationship databases – Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Experience in stone fabrication or distribution considered an advantage.
