Senior Supply Chain Manager – Finance & Treasury

About the Role

Shift4 (NYSE: FOUR) is driving the future of global commerce by simplifying payment systems for businesses worldwide. Handling billions of transactions annually for hundreds of thousands of merchants across industries, we empower businesses with seamless payment solutions.

We’re now searching for motivated independent Field Sales Agents to join our team. This role is 100% self-generated—opposed to full-time employment—where you will:

  • Sell SkyTab Payment Solutions in person to merchants nationwide
  • Educate businesses on optimising their payment processes
  • Maximise revenue through independent sales

No prior payments experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing support, and world-class sales tools to help you succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Generate, qualify, and convert leads into high-value sales
  • Client Relationship Building – Consult with business owners to facilitate cost-effective payment solutions
  • Contract Close & Onboarding – Execute sales, finalise agreements, and support smooth transitions for customers
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Track appointments, leads, and sales progress using proprietary CRM systems
  • Upselling & Expansion – Cross-sell complementary products or increase usage with existing clients

Requirements

  • Sales Excellence – Proven track record of closing complex sales deals in a self-driven environment
  • Relationship Driven – Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust with business decision-makers
  • Lead Generation – Success in generating your own appointments, nurturing deals, and managing a sales pipeline
  • Educational Capacity – Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple, business-friendly terms
  • Obvious Qualifications – Must possess a valid full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for extensive travel (part or full-time as per targets)
  • Resilience & Independence – Honest self-motivation is crucial; no hand-holding approach
