Acosta Europe is an exceptional business dedicated to its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently recruiting Field Sales Representatives (Strikers) to represent Red Bull—driving brand awareness and product sales across the UK.
We’re looking for sales professionals who are passionate, energetic, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £27,166 per annum
- Bonus: 15% Performance-Related Bonus

Key Areas of Responsibility
Your role combines field sales, compliance, data-driven reporting, and strategic insights to ensure Red Bull drives success across key retailers.
PERFORMANCE (Client Facing & Territory Growth)
- Act as Red Bull’s ambassador, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in independent retailers and major stores across your territory
- Maintain a regular call schedule, visiting stores and high-footfall locations
- Deliver world-class customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Meet daily/weekly targets for distribution, visibility, and availability
- Use entrepreneurial thinking to manage and boost your territory’s success
- Negotiate and negotiate increased shelf space while ensuring optimal shelf presence
- Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product releases, and execute in-store activations
- Bring creativity to marketing initiatives through in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS) materials

COMPLIANCE (Execution & Integrity)
- Conduct audits to ensure promotional compliance with approved briefs
- Address non-compliance issues promptly (e.g., incorrect product positioning, pricing errors)
- Monitor new product launches for accuracy and effectiveness
- Provide feedback for improving promotional activities
DATA RECORDING & REporting (Accuracy & Transparency)
- Accurately document all store visits, promotions, and outcomes
- Capture high-quality photos with clear descriptions
INSIGHT (Market Intelligence & Adaptability)
- Offer actionable insights on competitor activity
- Share observations on retailer practices and market trends
TECHNICAL (Data-Driven Decision Making)
- Analyse intervention data to direct strategy
- Use sales metrics, case studies, and supplier materials to pre-sell promotions
- Drive incremental stock orders and priority displays
ADMINISTRATION (Working Smart)
- Plan routes efficiently and align with Acosta’s briefing processes
- Ensure adequate POS/promotional material is available
- Attend regular team meetings

Experience & Qualifications
We’re seeking motivated individuals with transferable skills from any sector, but preference is given to candidates with:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales environments (valued over formal education)
- Brand passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Red Bull and a wear-your-heart-on-your-sleeve attitude
- Autonomy: Ability to thrive in an independent, field-based role
- Key interpersonal skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation experience
- Strong relationship-building and influencing ability
- Proven sales expertise and commercial acumen
- Highly self-motivated, determined, drive-driven
- Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
- Travel 90–100% of the time
