This role isn’t your typical field sales position. Here, you’ll drive results facing customers directly, build strategic relationships, and champion visibility and growth for Red Bull—tailored to your own territory.
Key Responsibilities: Mission of a Field Sales Representative

Take full ownership of your assigned territory and drive sales as if it were your own business

Concentrate on:
- Winning prime store space
- Maximising product visibility
- Driving volume and circulation
- Fine execution of activations
- Meeting and exceeding targets

Daily Duties
- Manage relationships with key in-store decision makers
- Influence range, availability, and promotions (targeting secondary displays and securing extra shelf space)
- Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activation programs
- Leverage data insights to optimise high-value store visits
- Identify issues, proactively solve them, and maximise efficiency on every field call
- Report up-to-date activity and transform insights into impactful actions
- Compete against performance Benchmarks—clearly rewarded for success

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
✔ Natural influencer with commercial instincts and a correct, attentive approach ✔ Targets-driven, competitive, and resilient – resilient enough to push against resistance ✔ Confident communicator. Engage seamlessly from store employees to senior managers ✔ Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently ✔ Tech-savvy – comfortable using Sales tools and platforms for reporting ✔ Full UK manual driving licence (essential for fieldwork)
Nice-to-Haves
No need for strict prior experience. We value instead: 🔹 Retail, FMCG, or field sales experience (but we’ll train it) 🔹 Attitude, hunger, and initiative. People who push relentlessly for opportunities
