Field Sales Representative
Self-Employed Field Sales Representative – Commission Only
Realistic full-time earnings: £40,000–£50,000+ per year, uncapped beyond that

About the Role
This is a 100% field-based, face-to-face position. You’ll:
- Meet one-on-one owners of SMEs (e.g., cafés, salons, shops, restaurants)
- Understand their operations and introduce scalable solutions
- Build long-term business relationships
Note: No background in payments is required – just a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to driving results.
Earning Potential
Your income is directly determined by your effort:
✅ Upfront commissions – 50% per sign-up (~£500 average upfront value) ✅ Recurring income – 25% of each business’s revenue for up to 5 years ✅ Maximised revenue in year one – ~75% of customer lifetime value ✅ Additional hardware commissions – From card machines, POS systems, etc.
