Field Sales Representative - South West
Join The Modern Milkman š„ Ā£26,500 + uncapped commission. Top performers will earn Ā£50k-55K+ per year! Join a movement thatās transforming how Britain shops for fresh food. We deliver farm-fresh goods straight to customersā doors - sustainably, locally, and with purpose. We partner with independent British suppliers to make ethical choices easy for everyone. With hundreds of thousands of happy customers and a growing network of independent British suppliers, The Modern Milkman is changing the game. Now, we need passionate people to help us go even further. What you'll doā¦ This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll: Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!) Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals Take ownership of your KPIās and targets to grow your earnings
What we're looking forā¦ Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets Resilient and able to handle rejection Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather! No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (weāre excited to help you achieve!) Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
