Field Sales Representative
Location: Sunderland & Hartlepool
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,221 (per annum)
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.
This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,221 plus a comprehensive package of benefits including:

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
- Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base
- Maintain ongoing relationships and create new business opportunities
- Build expertise in the soft drinks category
- Promote our brands and solutions using data and insights aligned with business objectives
- Engage with a range of customers, typically:
- Independent convenience stores
- Licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés
- Report into the Field Sales Manager

Requirements & Key Qualities
You must:
- Hold a valid UK driving license (or equivalent)
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Live within 60 minutes’ commute of Sunderland/Hartlepool
Experience in Retail or FMCG is preferred but not essential. Key qualities include:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with outlet owners, managers and decision-makers
- Team player mindset, sharing learning and best practice to support team success

Technical & physical requirements:
- Proficiency with digital technologies, including iPad and iPhone for reporting and communication
- Ability for manual handling of products or equipment at points of sale
- Self-management skills, independently meeting sales targets and prioritising workloads
- Proficiency in driving sales through digital engagement
