Retail Sales Manager – Surrey (GU, KT, TW, SM)
About the Role
The Cosentino team is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to cover Surrey (GU, KT, TW, SM). You will be responsible for our strategy and client relationships, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring and maintaining new and existing customers
- Understanding their short-and long-term needs to deliver exceptional service
- Generating demand through outstanding sales and marketing efforts
- Collaborating with K&B stores, Fabricators, and interior designers to create leads
- Developing knowledge of the kitchen and stone industries (desirable)
What You Will Do
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers
- Sell Cosentino products and services to:
- Remodeling professionals
- Home improvers
- Cabinet makers
- Builders
- Fabricators
- Achieve overall sales targets in your assigned territory

Customer Service & Relationships
- Ensure customers have access to marketing materials (samples, brochures, display towers)
- Resolve client concerns and enhance CRM system usage (Salesforce preferred)
- Provide price quotes, scheduling visits, and ongoing support
Business Intelligence & Strategy
- Create action plans to identify targets and project sales growth
- Collaborate with:
- Cosentino Corporate staff
- Cosentino Center staff
- Other Account Managers
- Work with the General Manager and Sales Team to execute territory-wide strategy (home centers, K&B, Fabricators, etc.)
- Drive market share expansion through increased displays and promotions
What You Need to Succeed
Professional Experience
✔ 3+ years of sales or field merchandising experience ✔ 2+ years of proven ability to engage with multiple commercial industry clients
Key Skills & Knowledge
✔ Experience with Customer databases (Salesforce preferred) ✔ Knowledge of stone fabrication or distribution
