Field Sales Executive – West London
£37,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60K)
Want a field sales role where you’re trusted to run your own territory and paid properly for it? This is a high-activity, high-reward role focused on winning SME business. We’re hiring a Field Sales Executive to cover the West London area, working with local SMEs and building a strong customer base through face-to-face sales.
About the Role
- Responsible for prospecting, winning, and retaining SME customers.
- Independent territory management, including pipeline and diary organisation.
- Direct face-to-face client engagement to close deals and foster long-term relationships.
- Regular CRM updates to track activity and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through:
- Door-to-door sales
- Referrals
- Self-generated opportunities
- Manage your territory, ensuring consistent coverage.
- Pipeline and pipeline forecasting—maintain and optimise.
- Retain existing accounts by building lasting relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to growing accounts.
- Maintain CRM for visibility on activities and prospects.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling and self-generating leads.
- Hunter mindset—driven by targets and sales growth.
- Commercially astute, confident, and personable.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for fieldwork).
