Field Sales Team Leader
Field Sales Team Leader - Monday - Saturday working days Salary - £28,000 base / £80,000 realistic OTE Working Hours - 40 hours per week Joining the Verisure team as sales team leader means: Playing a vital role in leading, coaching, and driving the success of your sales team while also contributing to sales performance. You will develop and mentor a team of Junior and Senior Sales Advisors, equipping them with the skills and motivation to achieve their targets while maintaining high service standards and professionalism. To set you up for success, you will first complete comprehensive sales training to master the best techniques. After completing Verisure’s sales training, you will join our branch and take responsibility for a team of sales advisors Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and Coach Your Team – Train, mentor, and support a team of sales advisors, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. Drive Performance – Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing guidance and motivation to optimise results. Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist in hiring new sales advisors and ensure smooth onboarding and training. Sales Activity – Develop your own client portfolio through a mix of provided leads and self-generated prospects. Monitor and Improve Processes – Ensure efficient sales processes, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. Team Motivation – Organize and drive weekly sales meetings, celebrate achievements, and implement incentives to keep the team engaged and motivated. What we expect from you as a Sales Team Leader: An ambition to succeed and help others succeed, a passion for sales and coaching A strong team spirit, a professional and customer-oriented attitude We are looking for experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role, ideally with experience in door-to-door sales. A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team, coaching, or mentoring sales advisors. A valid driving license (0-3 points) is required as you will be visiting our prospective clients.
