Field Sales Team Leader

Reporting into Senior Sales Manager - £70k–£80k OTE | Lead 20 Events a week | Build a Team That Wins

You already know how to sell.
Now you want to run performance.

Pure Pet Food’s Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022. Every weekend we operate across 20+ live events in the South of England and we’re scaling again. We’re looking for a high-performing salesperson ready to step into serious responsibility.

Not a spectator.
Not a coordinator.
A performance driver.

The Role

This is a player-coach and field strategist role. Every weekend you’ll be overseeing performance across 20 live event locations.

You will:

  • Lead from the front and drive face-to-face conversions
  • Move strategically between events to maximise output
  • Analyse live KPIs and adjust in real time
  • Intervene immediately when an event drops behind
  • Recruit, develop and raise the standard of the team
  • Own the weekly sales number

If one event is flying and another is underperforming, you don’t wait. You move. You coach. You fix it. The scoreboard is yours.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
