We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Field Service Administrator to join our Service Support team on-site based in Baillieston, Glasgow.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • To prioritise and schedule in an efficient manner, the field service engineer's jobs (installs, services, breakdowns and reworks) and to reach KPI's and targets for Companion and Local Authority
  • Liaise with sub-contractors to schedule prep work in a timely manner
  • Answering the telephone to our customers and dealing with customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times (both inbound and outbound calls)
  • Help in cross-training of existing associates and the training of new starters
  • Carry out other associated admin tasks outlined on associate skills matrix
  • Booking and confirming customer appointments via phone and post
  • Liaison and integration with other internal departments in the business
  • Adhere to GDPR directives at all times
  • Provide top quality customer service to clients
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable, which reasonably correspond to the general character of the role and level of responsibility.

What You'll Need

  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent), literate & numerate
  • Must possess the ability to commute to the office located in postcode G69
  • Local geographic knowledge of the required areas
  • Friendly, approachable, and polite, with a courteous telephone manner
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Strong task prioritisation
  • Organised and proactive
  • Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
