Job Title: Field Service Assistant
Reporting To: Regional Service Manager & Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, weekend availability necessary.
Work Location: On the road field service in and around the areas of Stevenage / Watford

Duties
- To be responsible for the monetary collections for all types of games sited within specific locations.
- To complete all documentation, paperwork and computer records as directed to the very highest standard.
- To ensure that all monies and records balance correctly before leaving site.
- To be responsible for keeping your own issued Company Keys and the Site Keys when collecting in a safe and secure place at all times. Loss of keys is considered an act of Gross misconduct.
- To concentrate on, cement and develop the company’s business with its existing major customers and any other additional organisation with which the company develops a significant future business relationship.
- To communicate regularly with Business Manager, Collections Coordinator and Senior Engineers and to work to the rota as laid down on a monthly basis.
- To represent the company in both manner and appearance befitting the role.
- To provide regular maintenance as instructed and to ensure that all machines and sites within the area of your responsibility are maintained to the highest standard of appearance.
- To complete service logs and/or call reports as directed.
- To attend at any national sites for whatever reason as requested.
- To ensure that the company vehicle is kept in a clean and tidy manner.
- To perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company to meet its on-going requirements.
