Our client, who are market leaders in their field are looking for a Field Service Cleaning Technician.

You will be responsible for ensuring Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene. The role focuses on cleaning ATM units, surrounding areas, and touchpoints to ensure a safe, professional, and customer-ready environment at all times.

You will be working independently, ‘in the field’, using a company van (which can also be used for personal use) and travelling to required areas on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities Include The Following

Carrying out scheduled cleaning of ATM units across assigned locations Clean all external ATM surfaces including screens, keypads, fascia, and cash dispensing areas Ensure hygiene of high-touch points to reduce contamination risk Clean surrounding areas including floors, signage, and enclosures where required Use approved cleaning materials and methods to avoid damage to sensitive equipment Follow cleaning schedules, route plans, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Record completed cleans accurately using handheld devices Identify and report any visible damage, faults, vandalism, or security concerns Ensure sites are left clean, safe, and presentable for customer use Maintain company vehicle, stock, and cleaning materials in an organised manner Comply with all health & safety, lone working, and site-specific requirements Handle customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations. Communicate with all Cennox personnel involved with the accounts ensuring that our associates understand the level of service performance to which we have committed. Attend training classes to ensure fulfilment of Service Levels. xlqdzyr Work well independently and in a team situation. Make recommendations for improving our service, reliability & performance

Skills And Experience

Experience in cleaning, field-based roles, or facilities services (preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards Ability to work independently while following structured routes and schedules Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between multiple locations Basic IT skills for reporting via mobile devices Good awareness of safety and public-facing environments A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills
