Field Service Engineer
Salary Band: £36k–£42k per annum
Responsible for repairing, servicing, pressure testing, and maintaining a range of coffee machines for businesses across the North-West, Midlands and Southern regions of England.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring coffee machines in diverse settings
- Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with coffee machines
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines
- Providing exceptional customer service to guarantee satisfaction
- Training customers on proper use and maintenance of coffee machines
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all service calls and repairs
- Collaborating with service team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Keeping up to date with new product developments and emerging coffee trends
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Field Service Engineer: 2–3 years (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Real passion for coffee
